I left my room at 8:15pm and as per SIERRA, expected housekeeping to clean my room within the 2hours I planned to be out of again.Īt 10:20pm, instead of going to my room, I sought confirmation that my room was cleaned. After 3 attempts to call housekeeping & the front desk, I spoke with front line staff person SIERRA who assured me the manager, KIRIL, will contact housekeeping to clean my room after 8pm as I requested. When returning to my room, after being absent for 9 hours, I found it still was not cleaned. As I am leavingīut not for my company hosting annual conferences here, I will never return to this hotel.
